Preface

To answer a constant request from programmers, I start a tutorial on the XUL graphic language of interface. I am encouraged in that by the success of the previous tutorials published on this site and the favorable comments from visitors.
I do apply the same principles of progressiveness and simplicity, the same easy to read style always accompanied by concrete examples.
Thanks to that it will be possible I believe, on the basis of this handbook, to build its first useful XUL application in less than two hours.
